This is going to my my food diary. I am very unhappy with the way I look and I want to loose weight. I went to Weight Watchers about 4 years ago and lost loads of weight, but since travelling and living abroad, I've put it all back on. I would join again except I can't find a meeting anywhere near me at a suitable time. I'm depressed and self concious about the way I look. Hopefully this can be a positive record of my progress.
