Breakfast:
1/2 cup Museli
1/2 cup skim milk

Lunch:
half baguette
full fat cheddar cheese - 2 slices
cucumber
lettuce
tomato

Dinner:
1 fillet of salmon
2 potatoes (small) roasted
beans
butternut squash roasted

Snacks:
2 small organic carrots
1 packet (30g) Snack-a-Jacks
3 marzipan balls (no sugar)
2 oranges

Drinks:
Water (2 litres)
large glass of orange and watermelon juice

Exercise:
Walked to tube - 10 minutes
Walked up 200 stairs
